Product Overview
This tape retention tester performs static load tests on adhesive force, automatically recording the time tape can maintain under specific loads to confirm adhesion timeliness.
Testing Procedure
Cut a 1-inch wide tape strip and adhere it to specified SUS#304 stainless steel plate. The 2kg standard roller moves back and forth three times at 300mm per minute. The steel plate is then hung on the tester with specified weight added. When tape detaches, the timer automatically records test time to evaluate adhesive durability.

Widely used in adhesive products industries including adhesive tapes, protective films, stickers, labels, foams, and adhesives.
